Welcome to the 2023 "The Gathering" - Teams Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

 

WELCOME TO THE GATHERING! If you've made it this far, it's clear that you're "in the know" about this truly special tournament experience! We can't wait to hit the field with old friends and new friends to celebrate the Creator's Game in an unbelievable location. 

 

 

TOURNAMENT FEATURES:

 - Five games guaranteed per team for all divisions

 - Official Tournament Evaluators will receive info packets on players and vote for All-Tournament Teams

- Friday evening Opening Ceremonies & Showcase event, Games run Saturday & Sunday

 - Live-streamed games, Large Vendor Village and Fun Zone, and more!

- Professional event hosting and unmatched team experience!

 

2023 DIVISIONS & PRICING

High School Boys Elite - $1600/team

High School Boys Open - $1600/team

2027/2028 Boys - $1500/team

2029/2030 Boys - $1500/team

2031/2032 Boys - $1000/team

 

*Teams register with a $100 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to the event*

**$100 per team multi-team discount, must register at the same time to qualify**
