Welcome to the 2024 "The Gathering" - Teams Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

 

WELCOME TO THE GATHERING! If you've made it this far, it's clear that you're "in the know" about this truly special tournament experience! We can't wait to hit the field with old friends and new friends to celebrate the Creator's Game in an unbelievable location. 

 

 

TOURNAMENT FEATURES:

 - Five games guaranteed per team for all divisions

 - Official Tournament Evaluators will receive info packets on players and vote for All-Tournament Teams

- Friday evening Opening Ceremonies & Showcase event, Games run Saturday & Sunday

 - Live-streamed games, Large Vendor Village and Fun Zone, and more!

- Professional event hosting and unmatched team experience!

 

2024 DIVISIONS & PRICING:

Boys High School Elite - $1600/team

Boys High School Open - $1600/team

Boys 2028/2029 - $1500/team

Boys 2030/2031 - $1500/team

Boys 2032/2033 - $1000/team

Girls High School - $1600/team

Girls 2028/2029 - $1500/team

Girls 2030/2031 - $1500/team

Girls 2032/2033 - $1000/team

 

*Teams register with a $100 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to the event*
